Facecare Cosmetics Co.,Ltd. is a subsidiary , it has founded in 2005,which belongs to Facecare Cosmetics LLC in USA, ,mainly produces skin care, body care, make up ,perfume and hair care etc. Facecare is located in Xiasha HEDA , has modernized factory that meet GMP standard and covers 20000 m2, with the highest grade of 100000 clean workshop. We have lots of import laboratory, testing and produce equipments. There are 22 lines for flexible production and administration. We passed the Certification of ISO9001-2008 Quality System, GMP EU and USA, and established professional cosmetics ERP system for production and logistics. Washing & Skincare workshop: There are 7sets of full-automatic assembly lines ,with 2sets of full-automatic tube closing machines,4 sets of full-automatic filling machines. We have 4 sets emulsification machine system for 1000kg, 500kg, 300kg and 100kg, it reachs at 6000kg or 200 thousand unit item of daily output. Even if the market planning adjusts, we treat good in many cases such as Mary Kay, Kose and Bebon urgent orders.
